About us

The idea for Green Note came about after searching for our ideal place to hang out in London.

We wanted to find a place where you could enjoy great live music and have delicious veggie food, while being in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, and not paying through the roof for it - was this too much to ask? We realised that if we wanted to find our ideal place, we'd have to create it ourselves, which is how the idea for Green Note was born. After years of hard work, and learning more than we ever could imagine along the way, our dream became a reality when Green Note finally opened its doors in August 2005.

Reservations

Table reservations are limited and are taken for diners only. If you are planning to eat we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance, as tables do get booked up. We have two rooms at Green Note: the front dining room, and the back room, where the live music takes place, and table reservations can be made in both of these areas (with the exception of advance ticketed nights- see below). The latest table reservation time in the front room is 9pm, and in the back room is 8.30pm. However we recommend you book a table at least an hour before the performance so we have time to serve you your meal.

Reserved tables will be released if they are not claimed within 15 mins of your reservation time, so if you are running late, please let us know.

Tables cannot be reserved for advanced ticketed events, which operate on a first come, first served basis. Advance tickets for these events, can be purchased online through wegottickets.com or in person at the venue (during opening hours). If you're not planning to eat please feel free to just show up and grab a bar stool or stand at the bar to enjoy the music. All performances start at 9pm, unless otherwise stated.

Saturday: 6.30pm — Midnight
Sunday: 7pm — 11pm

Please note, our kitchen closes at 9.30pm Sunday-Thursday, and 10pm on Friday and Saturday. The kitchen is open from 7pm on Sundays.
