Critically acclaimed songwriter/composer Dom Coyote showcases stripped back, 50’s infused tunes from his highly anticipated gig-theatre show, Songs for the End of the World.

Dom coyote has performed and written music for some of the world’s most exciting theatre’s and companies. From sold out runs at the Royal Shakespeare Company and National Theatre, dance and ritual theatre in South Africa, to touring South America with the award winning Kneehigh Theatre.
Co-founder of Folk in a Box, Britain’s smallest venue (as seen on Shed of the Year) and one third of Anglo/Swedish alt-folk band Vena Portae, (alongside BAFTA award winning collaborator Emily Barker), Coyote has had a busy few years.

Dom’s next project is called Songs for the End of the World. It’s an experiment. Part gig, part theatre piece, set in a dystopian future England, New Albion, on the eve of the apocalypse – all inspired by mid 20th century pop-culure and science fiction.

Now, for the first time, Dom is bringing some of these epic, 50’s inspired songs into the intimate surroundings of Green Note, complimented by a selection of his solo work, written across three continents. A stripped backed set of banjo, guitar, electronics and some very special guests, including the lush, soulful harmonies of Milly Blue, this is a night not to be missed.
