Everyone welcome!

Join Rob Thom on the last Tuesday of the month for our regular Green Note open mic, hosted in these irregular times on Zoom.

If you’d like to play, or watch, join us online at 7pm sharp (London UK time) using the link below:

Join Zoom Meeting

The night will start at 7pm sharp, and musicians will be signed up as they join.

The event is free to join but if you would like to make a donation to support the venue during this difficult period, you can do so here.

Although it won’t be quite the same as playing in our actual venue, this will hopefully be a fun chance for people to catch up with each other and still perform their music during lockdown!

NB: This will (hopefully!) be the last online version of our open mic, and as from August we hope to go back to having them in person at the venue on the last Tuesday of each month.

Try and be close to your wifi router, and if you are able to connect to your router by ethernet cable, even better.

You can use Zoom in an internet browser like Chrome, but for best results download the Zoom app: go to www.zoom.us and in the top right corner of the home page click on Resources and choose Download Zoom Client.

One you have downloaded the Zoom App, open it and go to Settings (it’s a little cog symbol in the top right corner of the main Zoom window).

– Go to Audio and click the Advanced button in the bottom of the window.
– Disable the Suppress Background Noise options.

– Choose Enable Original Sound (next time you are in a meeting you will now see an option to ‘Choose Original Sound’ in the top left corner of your screen).
