This month featuring…. Will Stapleton + Martha Bailey + Ned Roberts
WILL STAPLETON is a singer songwriter and currently lives in London. He performs as a solo artist and is also the singer with the alternative rock two piece band Arrows of Time.
In 2015 Will toured the UK supporting 80’s band Level 42 playing his solo music in such venues as Birmingham Symphony Hall, Liverpool Philharmonic and London’s Royal Albert Hall. In 2016 he again was offered to support Level 42 across the UK but this time with his band Arrows of Time.
MARTHA BAILEY
Martha is a contemporary folk musician and singer-songwriter from rural Oxfordshire, having recently moved to London. She has been compared to artists such as Nick Drake, The Sundays, The Staves, Joni Mitchell, Laura Marling and Kate Rusby.
Martha has recently released her debut EP, ‘A Different Time, and is establishing herself on the London circuit.
NED ROBERTS is a hotly-tipped, London-based folk musician, who has drawn comparisons with the likes of Tim Hardin, Nick Drake and Leonard Cohen. With a timeless quality to his sound, a poetic turn of phrase, excellent musicianship and a perfectly judged vocal sensibility, his songs sit comfortably amongst the classics of the Laurel Canyon era. His eponymous debut (2014) brought him to the attention of the UK media, with plays on BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio Scotland. The album also received outstanding reviews in the national press. His second album, Outside My Mind, is released on Aveline Records on 24th March.
