BEN WALKER has been hailed as one of ‘the best acoustic guitarists in the world right now’ by Total Guitar magazine and ‘a great guitarist, composer and producer’ by Mark Radcliffe on the BBC Radio 2 Folk Show. His musicianship has been sought out from Rough Trade to the Royal Shakespeare Company, from punk to proms. Ben’s solo guitar performances regularly delight folk audiences in the UK and further afield, his studio work and his collaborations with the finest of UK folk demonstrate a contemporary musician at the top of his game.

Born & raised in Poland violinist BASIA BARTZ has been praised for her sensitive ear and versatile playing. The list of singer-songwriters and bands she’s performed with over the years is long, among them are Dana Immanuel and the Stolen Band, Moulettes, Nadine Khouri, Gabriel Moreno, Rob Corcoran, Jason McNiff, Dan Raza.

Basia began singing and composing original songs in 2019. Collaboration with Ben Walker resulted in her first solo EP Out of the Woods, released earlier this year. For her piano-led compositions Basia put together a jazz trio and is in the process of recording her first full-length album with East London based record label Elsden Music.

Whether performing arrangements of traditional songs or her own original material, Basia combines sounds from the many musical worlds she’s visited and weaves them into an intricate and evocative musical tapestry.
