TREVOR BABAJACK DUOFresh from winning 2023’s UK Blues Federation Award for UK’s Best Acoustic Act, Trevor Babajack performs his own genre of original and seemingly improvised music, influenced by his passion for early rural Blues and rhythmic African roots.
His thrilling style of slide guitar, award-winning harp playing and song writing has been appreciated by crowds in little French Cafés to The Royal Albert Hall. Head-lining Blues and Roots Festivals both here in the UK and across Europe. Always an entertaining evening of original songs that reflect on life, lust and disappointment, They will perhaps make you laugh out loud or simply cry but will certainly leave you wanting more!
His latest album, ‘Not Far To Go’ , featuring The Babajack Trio, has topped the IBBA Charts, Album of the Month and played on Radio 2 and Radio 6.
He is joined by the wildly talented Jesse Benns on cajon, complimenting Trevor’s well-known energy, excepting the solo performances of the ballad like tales of the heart, which can only be sung alone.
