New Orleans schooled, gypsy spirited, endlessly curious, Myshkin is a rare bird among songwriters. Darkly joyous, compellingly complex songs, a soaring voice and pulsing guitar, work that slips under the skin and stays there. Literate, political, heartbreaking, soulbuilding, gorgeous.

Recent projects include touring a co-bill show with Victoria Williams, and creating her Royal Rabble Circus for the Joshua Tree Music Festival. She will be joined tonight by Mat Martin on tenor guitar and banjo and Jenny Qaqundah on cello.
