This month featuring…. Amy Gillespie + Sisika + Martha Paton

AMY GILLESPIE
Amy Gillespie is a London based musician, songwriter and producer. Originally from Devon, Gillespie moved to the Capital to pursue music full-time. In this time she has become established on the London live scene, whilst also learning the production skills that have resulted in her recent EP “Seventh Wave”. The EP has gained much interest and has drawn comparisons to the likes of Bon Iver, Tom Waits and Dylan himself – who Amy names as by far her biggest influence. With a plethora of quality new material ready for recording and numerous London live dates ahead of her, it is looking like this is just the beginning for the talented singer-songwriter.

SISIKA
Georgia and Katie Duncan have been singing together for many years, more recently forming four piece band Sisika with which they have recorded their first EP. With a set including a mix of English folk songs, Bulgarian songs as well as originals they will perform as a duo for this the Green Note Basement Session.

MARTHA PATON
Martha Paton is a singer-songwriter currently living in London but originally hailing from Fleet in Hampshire. She’s a bit folk, a bit country and a bit pop, a combination made manifest in her catchy songs and clever lyrics. Martha’s most recent EP, Pulling Threads, which she recorded with Parousia Productions in Godalming, is available now on iTunes and Spotify
