‘An excellent band. Really enjoying these songs’ – Bob Harris, BBC Radio 2
THE LONG HAUL are a five-piece band based in Brighton, UK, and play a mix of classic country and modern Americana. They recently appeared at the inaugural British Country Music Festival  and played Country 2 Country at London’s 02.

The album combines the classic country sound of pedal-steel guitar, Fender Telecaster and upright bass with a sharp lyrical take on different aspects of life in the 21st century.

Double-bass player Scott Warman was one of the musicians asked by legendary BBC presenter Bob Harris to appear on his recent charity release of Stand By Me, alongside a host of world-famous artists, including Mark Knopfler, Leo Sayer, Rick Wakeman and Rosanne Cash.

‘There’s a stellar, retro dance-hall feel to the Long Haul – fabulous, catchy Americana’ – Three Chords and the Truth
‘Top-notch songwriting and superb playing. This is high-quality modern-day country’ – American Roots UK
