After leaving Africa at 18, he built a diverse music career spanning classical, musical theatre, and Americana-Country genres. With roots in Zimbabwe and South Africa, his latest album reconnects with his upbringing and personal journey. Now based in London, Chris draws inspiration from everyday life, blending raw emotion with storytelling. Influenced by artists like Foy Vance and Chris Stapleton, his authentic sound resonates with listeners seeking heartfelt, relatable music shaped by life’s highs and lows.
Michael Pickering: After an incredibly successful career leading the biggest musicals in London’s West End, touring every major theatre in the UK and arenas all over the world, Michael knew it was time to tell HIS story through his own, original music. Michael has teamed up with award winning producer, Tim Prottey-Jones (First Time Flyers, The Wandering Hearts) to bring his extraordinary stories to life…a life unlike almost anyone else.
