TALENTBANQ presents…

Acoustic rock and a biting sense of humour meet in the storytelling songs of CHRIS TAVENER.

His punchy upbeat songs have won him acclaim from BBC 6 Music and multiple BBC Introducing stations. He’s popular for a unique and theatrical live performance that has seen him sharing the stage with Super Hans, Tony Hadley and Peter Hook, while also writing songs for the likes of national treasure Sir Ian McKellen.
Tavener has performed right across the UK, Europe and Ireland with festival appearances at Glastonbury, The Great Escape, Latitude Festival and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
His current UK tour celebrates the release of his new EP ‘Easy Ways To Be Happy’.
“The idiosyncratic but ever so loveable Chris Tavener. Try and see him live, he really creates an amazing atmosphere” – Mark Radcliffe (BBC Radio 2)

Plus support from KIAH LINDSAY

Twenty-year-old singer-songwriter, Musician and Composer Kiah Lindsay is a fresh artist from rural West Wales. Her unique fusion of Indie Folk/Country and Soul highlights a ‘New Age Wales’: a breathtaking and intoxicating landscape full of rich heritage and culture.

Kiah’s first independent release came in 2022 with a “Holly Humberstone” inspired pop track titled, ‘KEEP BURNING’. Soon after, she got signed by Cwtch Records and began working on her very first, full length LP.

Kiah’s 2023 DEBUT ALBUM ‘Meet Me’ is an enchanting and honest story of self discovery. She discusses relationships, homesickness and coming of age.

Kiah takes inspiration on this record from artists like, (Ben Howard, John Mayer, Lizzy McAlpine and Phoebe Bridgers) along with her lifelong passion of ‘Theatre’. She encapsulates us in her storytelling much like the written works of Stephen Sondheim.
