PODGE LANE: Podge Lane is an Irish alt-country artist celebrated for his intimate lyricism melded with experimental country instrumentation. With a broad catalog of raw concept records and energetic live albums, Podge embraces his country and folk leanings, with a uniquely droll and vulnerable edge.

Having released his debut album, Outer Monologues, in 2021, Lane has set off on multiple solo tours of Ireland and the UK, performed at Ireland’s inaugural ‘You Roots Are Showing’ showcase, and supported high profile acts such as The Wedding Present, Rachael Sage, Florence Dore, Steve’N’Seagulls, Damsel, Charlie Parr and Vieux Farka Touré.

Following the successful release of his sophomore album, Common Country Misconceptions and stand-alone singles “Snow / Hailstone” in 2023, Lane is set to return with his third full-length LP in the summer of 2024. Already garnering notoriety from publications such as The Irish Post, American Songwriter, Hot Press, RGM and Roadie Music, Podge Lane is a rising artist not to be missed.
